In recent years, the cells of innate immunity have been the subject of active research in the pathology of the endocrine system. Despite numerous studies of the mechanisms of the disease, the immunopathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome is still not clear, which does not allow to completely solve the complex of reproductive, metabolic and psychological problems in this pathology. The search for molecular markers to control the course and prognosis of the disease is an urgent medical problem.</p>
Поиск дополнительных молекулярных и клеточных маркеров для контроля течения заболевания и, следовательно, прогноза фертильности пациенток является весьма актуальной медицинской проблемой и требует применения современных клинико-иммунологических методов и технологий.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>mast cells</kwd><kwd>polycystic ovary syndrome</kwd><kwd>cytokines</kwd><kwd>sex hormones</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>мастоциты</kwd><kwd>синдром поликистозных яичников</kwd><kwd>цитокины</kwd><kwd>половые гормоны</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Адамян Л.В., Андреева Е.Н., Абсатарова Ю.С., Григорян О.Р., Дедов И.И., Карахалис Л.Ю., Мельниченко Г.А., Сутурина Л.В., Филиппов О.С., Чернуха Г.Е., Шереметьева Е.В., Ярмолинская М.И.
